This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver Push-to-Talk (PoC) radios, accessories, and related hardware. Digital services and subscriptions are delivered electronically and are not covered here.
Order Processing
All orders for physical products are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

High-volume periods (e.g., product launches, promotions) may add an extra 2–4 days to processing time.

Shipping Rates & Fees
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

Any applicable sales tax, customs duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, customs clearance, weather events, or other factors beyond our control.

We are not liable for carrier-caused delays. 
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive:

A shipment confirmation email 
- 
A tracking number and carrier link 
Use this information to monitor your package in real-time.
Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the package to the carrier.
- 
Please inspect the exterior of the shipment upon arrival. 
- 
Report any visible damage to the carrier and to OutReach-PTT within 48 hours. 
Address Changes & Corrections
To change or correct a shipping address:

We must receive address updates before your order ships. 
- 
Orders already in transit cannot be rerouted; you may incur additional fees for returns or re-delivery. 
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:
- 
File a claim with the carrier as soon as possible. 
- 
Notify OutReach-PTT within 5 business days of the carrier’s claim reference. 
- 
Provide photos of damage (if applicable) and your order details. 
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for replacement or refund per our warranty and return policies.
