OutReach-PTT Platform User Agreement
Effective Date: September 1, 2025
Agreement to Terms
By purchasing a license for the RealPTT/OutReach-PTT platform or using its services, you agree to comply with this User Agreement and any future revisions. Continued access or use constitutes acceptance of updates.
Speech and Conduct
OutReach-PTT honors free speech, but to maintain a respectful, safe community, you must:
- Minimize profanity.
- Never harass, demean, threaten, or bully others.
- Not abuse dispatch features to track someone’s location without their knowledge.
- Avoid using public channels for security or law-enforcement communications.
On the Outreach Community Network (OCN):
- Public channels are moderated.
- XL channels are unmoderated—participate at your own risk.
- In non-XL channels, excessive profanity, bullying, illegal discussions, or explicit sexual content will be removed.
- Violations may lead to removal from channels or suspension of your platform access.
OutReach-PTT disclaims liability for any content in unmoderated XL channels.
Location Sharing
Your real-time location may be shown on a map within the app. To disable this feature, email outreachptt@gmail.com.
Location data must never be used for harmful or unauthorized purposes.
Communication Features
-Private Chat: You can message others directly and block incoming chats at any time.
-Public Channels: Open to users 18+ unless a parent or guardian emails consent to outreachptt@gmail.com.
-Private/Family Channels: Minors may join without prior consent but must still follow all rules.
Enforcement Process
1. First Violation: You will receive a written warning.
2. Second Violation: Access may be suspended immediately.
3. We reserve the right to mute or disconnect any user pending review.
Age Requirements
- Community channels: 18+ or guardian-approved.
- Private channels: No age restriction.
- All users must adhere to the same standards of conduct.
Global Access & Language
OutReach-PTT is available worldwide. English is preferred in community channels. Non-English discussions should occur in designated or private spaces.
Device Capabilities
Features such as messaging, voice calls, GPS mapping, Man-Down alerts, and SOS depend on your device’s hardware and software. OutReach-PTT is not responsible for device limitations
Updates to This Agreement
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes implies your acceptance of the new terms.
