What is Covered?

100% of Labor Costs: Regardless of how the radio was damaged—whether it was a component failure, accidental damage, or wear and tear over time—you will never be charged for the labor required to perform the repair.
No Questions Asked: Our labor coverage applies regardless of the cause of the malfunction.

What is Not Covered? (Customer Responsibilities)

While the professional service time is on us, the customer is responsible for the following costs:

Shipping: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from our repair facility. We recommend using a carrier with tracking and insurance.
Parts: If any components, hardware, or materials are required to complete the repair, the customer will be billed for the cost of those parts. We will always provide a quote for parts and receive your approval before proceeding with the repair.

How to Use This Warranty

To initiate a repair under your Lifetime Labor Warranty, please contact our support team at outreachptt@gmail.com. Once your radio arrives at our facility, our technicians will diagnose the issue and provide you with a quote for the necessary parts. Upon your approval, we will perform the repair and you will only be invoiced for the parts and the return shipping.
