OutReach-PTT offers Push-to-Talk (PoC) radios, accessories, and related communication services.

  • Specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

  • Services require compatible devices, active subscriptions, and network coverage.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any order.

Orders and Payments

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment must be completed at checkout via approved methods.

  • Orders are processed upon payment confirmation.

  • Sales tax applies where required by law.

  • You warrant that payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

Shipping and Risk of Loss

We ship to selected regions; shipping fees and delivery estimates vary by destination.

  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

  • We are not liable for carrier delays, customs fees, or import duties.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 15 days of delivery, subject to inspection.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. A restocking fee of 25% for all non-defective devices.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Service subscriptions and special orders are non-refundable once activated or dispatched.

Service Usage and Conduct

You agree to use our PoC services lawfully and responsibly.

  • Prohibited uses include illegal communications, harassment, network interference, and unauthorized access.

  • We may suspend or terminate service for violations without refund.
