OutReach-PTT offers Push-to-Talk (PoC) radios, accessories, and related communication services.

Specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
Services require compatible devices, active subscriptions, and network coverage.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any order.

Orders and Payments

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment must be completed at checkout via approved methods.

Orders are processed upon payment confirmation.
Sales tax applies where required by law.
You warrant that payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

Shipping and Risk of Loss

We ship to selected regions; shipping fees and delivery estimates vary by destination.

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
We are not liable for carrier delays, customs fees, or import duties.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 15 days of delivery, subject to inspection.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. A restocking fee of 25% for all non-defective devices.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Service subscriptions and special orders are non-refundable once activated or dispatched.

Service Usage and Conduct

You agree to use our PoC services lawfully and responsibly.

Prohibited uses include illegal communications, harassment, network interference, and unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate service for violations without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, images, logos, and designs—is the property of OutReach-PTT or its licensors.

You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Chargeback Disclaimer
