Return & Refund Policy

Returns Window and Eligibility

You may return defective PoC radios within 15 days of the purchase date for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact OutReach-PTT customer support to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Condition Requirements

  • Radios must arrive in the same “new” condition you received them (unless you originally purchased a used unit).

  • If you open, use, or repack the item before sending it back, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

  • We inspect every return upon arrival. Refunds are processed after your item passes inspection.

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs and must ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

  • We strongly recommend insuring the package, as OutReach-PTT is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

If you need a replacement rather than a refund, please place a new order and return the original unit following the steps above. Exchange orders ship once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital products, including data service subscriptions, software downloads, any digital service, and activation fees, are not eligible for refunds.

  • All radio purchases include one year of data service at no extra charge unless you choose the North America + Europe plan ($15 extra). After the first 12 months, you may renew your subscription for $29.99-$44.99 per year. Renewals are non-refundable once activated.

Cancellation of Service Subscriptions

To avoid automatic renewal, cancel your data service at least 7 days before your renewal date by contacting support or through your online account. Cancellations apply to future billing cycles only; no prorated refunds will be issued.
