The "Atlas" Handheld Radio
The Atlas is a rugged PoC, handheld Dual‑Network radio that connects simultaneously to two separate platforms — for example, the OutReach-PTT public network and a secure private network — giving teams seamless, reliable communication with flexible deployment and packed with lots of features. 
 
IMPORTANT: If the radio is Dual Network, please be aware that only one IMEI is activated by default. The second IMEI remains available for your use as needed. Additional fees apply if you choose to activate the second IMEI.Radios and SIM cards are activated when your order is shipped. Once activated they cannot be deactivated. If you wish to not have your radio activated when it is shipped, please include in the notes to not activate it or send us an email with your order number and request.

    You have 15 days from the purchase date to return radios that turn out to be defective for a full refund.  

    If you open, use, or repack the item before sending it back, a 25% restocking fee will apply.  

    Returned products must arrive in the same “new” condition you received them (unless you originally bought a used unit).  

    Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned items.  

    You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs via UPS, USPS, or FedEx, and you should insure the package.

    OutReach-PTT isn’t liable for packages lost or damaged in transit.  

    By placing an order, you agree to these return terms.  

     

    Data Service

    All radio purchases include 12 months of service with 800mb of data per month and a lifetime OCN platform fee at no extra charge (up to a $65 value). After the first 12 months, you may renew for $29.99-$44.99 per year. You’ll receive an email, or you can pay online to keep your service active.
